What We Look For

The Right Fit

We hire flight instructors who are passionate about teaching, safety-focused, and ready to deliver a premium training experience in Cirrus aircraft.

  • FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate required
  • CFII (instrument) certificate required
  • Cirrus time preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a patient teaching style
  • Safety-first mentality in every flight
